Cancellation and refund policy

Your purchase

Credits pay for Ask The Beagle’s AI research tools. Each tool displays its credit cost before use. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credit purchases are one-off payments, with no automatic renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your credit purchase within 14 days, starting the day after purchase, by emailing support@askthebeagle.legal. Include your account email address and purchase date or receipt reference. You do not need to give a reason.

We will refund unused credits from that purchase at the price paid per credit. For example, if you bought 250 credits for £5 and have 200 remaining, the refund will be £4.

Where the law entitles you to a larger refund, including for credits already used, we will provide it. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunded credits will be removed from your account.

After the cancellation period, we do not normally refund unused credits simply because you change your mind. This does not limit your rights if the service is faulty, unavailable or not as described.

Free and promotional credits have no cash refund value.
